Terms & Conditions – EVOLVE
These Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase of the EVOLVE: New Manager Accelerator course (referred to as “the Course” or “Program”), provided by Lead Brave Ltd, registered in England & Wales.
By purchasing the Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. What You’re Signing Up For
When you purchase EVOLVE, you receive:
Lifetime access to the full course modules and resources.


3 months of free access to the Lead Brave Membership, which includes:
Weekly group coaching calls
Peer support opportunities
Community accountability
Access to bonus tools and templates
All content is delivered digitally. Group calls are held live via Zoom and recorded for replay access.

2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at checkout.
No VAT is charged at this time.
All payments are processed securely via ThriveCart.
No access will be granted until payment is received in full.

3. Refund Policy
We want EVOLVE to feel like the right fit. If you join and realise it’s not for you, we offer a 14-day refund window.
To qualify, you must email hello@leadbrave.co.uk within 14 days of purchase with a short explanation of why the course isn’t the right fit. (We ask for feedback so we can keep improving.)
No refunds will be issued after this period, even if you haven’t accessed the content.

4. Coaching Call Access
Your 3-month membership includes group calls and community access. While participation is encouraged, it’s not mandatory. Calls are recorded for your convenience.
Once your 3-month access ends, you may be invited to continue with an optional paid membership.

5. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, exercises, downloads, and call recordings, are the intellectual property of Lead Brave Ltd.
You may not:
Share course materials with others.
Distribute, resell, or reproduce any part of the Program without permission.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own development only.

6. Results Disclaimer
This course is designed to provide support, tools, and training—but results will depend on your personal commitment and engagement. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes, promotions, or leadership results.

7. Communication & Support
Support is provided via email at hello@leadbrave.co.uk during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm UK time).
Community and coaching access is available for 3 months from purchase. Lifetime course access means you can return to the materials at any time.

8. Data & Privacy
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy – www.leadbrave.co.uk/privacy-policy]. Your information will never be shared with third parties, except for tools required to deliver the course (e.g. email provider, payment platform).

9. Limitation of Liability
Lead Brave Ltd will deliver the Program with reasonable care and skill. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Program.
We are not liable for delays or technical issues beyond our control.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
