Terms & Conditions – EVOLVE

These Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase of the EVOLVE: New Manager Accelerator course (referred to as “the Course” or “Program”), provided by Lead Brave Ltd, registered in England & Wales.
By purchasing the Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. What You’re Signing Up For

When you purchase EVOLVE, you receive:

Lifetime access to all course modules, videos, exercises, and downloadable resources.

All content is delivered digitally and is self-paced.

No live coaching, community access, or ongoing support is included with this purchase.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment of £249 is required at checkout.

No VAT is charged at this time.

Payments are processed securely via ThriveCart.

Access is granted once payment is received in full.

3. Refund Policy

We want EVOLVE to feel like the right fit. If you join and realise it’s not for you, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

To request a refund, email hello@leadbrave.co.uk
within 14 days with a short explanation of why the course isn’t the right fit. (Feedback helps us improve.)

No refunds will be issued after this period, even if you have not accessed the content.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials—including videos, worksheets, downloads, and written content—are the intellectual property of Lead Brave Ltd.

You may not:

Share course materials with others

Distribute, reproduce, or resell any part of the Program

Use the content for commercial purposes

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence for your individual use only.

5. Results Disclaimer

The Course provides tools, strategies, and education to support your development as a manager.
Your results depend on your own effort, implementation, and engagement.
Lead Brave Ltd makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, promotions, or leadership results.

6. Communication & Support

General support is available via email at hello@leadbrave.co.uk
during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm UK time).

Your purchase does not include coaching, community access, or live support.

7. Data & Privacy

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

).
Your information is never shared with third parties except for tools required to deliver the course (e.g., email provider, payment platform).

8. Limitation of Liability

Lead Brave Ltd will deliver the Program with reasonable care and skill.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Program.
We are not liable for delays or technical issues beyond our control.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
