Lead Brave Membership – Terms and Conditions
1. Services
All services are provided by Lead Brave Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company registration number 15353201.
Lead Brave Ltd provides access to a monthly subscription membership community delivered via Mighty Networks (the “Membership”).
The Membership includes:
Access to a private online community space within Mighty Networks.


Resources, training materials, and discussions.


Support through posts, group conversations, and other community-based interactions.


All services are delivered online. Once payment has been completed you will receive details on how to access the Membership via Mighty Networks.

2. Fees and Payment Terms
The Membership is charged at £25 per month, collected via Thrivecart checkout.


Payments are taken in advance each month on a rolling basis.


VAT is not currently applicable. This will change when Lead Brave Ltd becomes VAT registered, at which point VAT will be charged in addition to the monthly fee.



3. Cancellation and Termination
The Membership operates on a rolling monthly contract with no minimum term.


You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to the Membership will continue until the end of your current billing period.


Lead Brave Ltd reserves the right to remove any member who breaches these Terms and Conditions or behaves in a way that is disruptive or harmful to the community.



4. Refunds
A 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of your initial subscription purchase. During this time, you may cancel and request a full refund.


After the 14-day cooling-off period has passed, no refunds will be issued for fees already paid.


Refunds will be provided in accordance with your statutory rights.



5. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure (Safe Space)
The Membership is designed to be a supportive and confidential environment.


By joining, you agree not to share, disclose, or reproduce any personal information, stories, business details, or content shared by other members outside of the Membership.


Breach of this confidentiality obligation may result in immediate removal from the Membership without refund.



6. Disclaimers
The Membership provides training, tools, and community support. While many members experience increased clarity and results, no guarantees are made regarding income, success, or outcomes.


Results will vary depending on your individual circumstances and the effort you put into implementing the strategies.


You are responsible for ensuring you have suitable internet access and technology to participate.



7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided within the Membership, including downloads, videos, and written content, remain the intellectual property of Lead Brave Ltd.


Materials are provided for personal use only. You must not copy, share, distribute, or resell any content without prior written consent.



8. Communication
Communication will primarily be via the Mighty Networks platform and by email.

10. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided with reasonable care and skill.


Any liability to you is limited to the amount of fees paid for your Membership.


Lead Brave Ltd will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.



11. Third Party Rights
No person other than you shall have the right to enforce or rely on these Terms.



12. Applicable Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales.


The courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms.
