Terms & Conditions – New Rules Programme
1. Services

All services are provided by Georgia Fitzgerald trading as Lead Brave (“Lead Brave”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

The services provided under these terms relate to the New Rules coaching programme.

The New Rules programme includes:

Four coaching calls delivered via Zoom;
Calls scheduled fortnightly during month one and weekly during month two;
A bonus wrap-up and implementation call at the end of week eight;
Weekly office hours throughout the programme for questions, support, decision-making, and mid-pivot guidance;
Four audio shift modules with accompanying worksheets to be completed before each coaching call;
Access to continue into ongoing monthly support at £750 per month, which includes two coaching calls per month and weekly office hours.

All services are delivered virtually unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are responsible for attending calls, completing any preparation materials, and taking action on any recommendations or strategies discussed during the programme.

Whilst many clients experience significant mindset, business, and leadership shifts during the programme, we do not guarantee any specific financial, personal, or business results. Outcomes will vary depending on individual circumstances, implementation, commitment, and external factors.

2. Fees & Payment Terms

The investment for the New Rules programme is £1,200 GBP.

Payment must be made in full, or via an agreed payment plan, before access to the programme begins.

Where a payment plan is selected, all instalments must be paid on time. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the programme until outstanding balances are cleared.

VAT is not currently charged.

All payments are non-transferable.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

Due to the nature of the programme and the limited availability of coaching spaces, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided if you change your mind, fail to attend calls, or choose not to continue.

Coaching calls may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice by emailing hello@leadbrave.co.uk

Where less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, the session may be forfeited and will not be rescheduled.

If Lead Brave needs to reschedule a session for any reason, an alternative date will be offered as soon as reasonably possible.

Refunds will always be provided in accordance with your statutory rights.

4. Programme Access & Support

Office hours are provided as a support space for questions, implementation support, and guidance throughout the programme duration.

Support is limited to the timeframe of the programme unless ongoing monthly support has been agreed separately.

We reserve the right to set reasonable boundaries around communication methods, response times, and availability.

Usual business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm UK time, excluding public holidays.

5. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, audio modules, worksheets, frameworks, and content remain the intellectual property of Georgia Fitzgerald and Lead Brave.

Programme materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, taught, sold, or repurposed without prior written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the programme.

You acknowledge that group discussions, examples, and conversations may include general business experiences and should not be shared outside the programme environment.

7. Disclaimer

The New Rules programme provides coaching, education, support, and strategic guidance only.

Nothing within the programme constitutes legal, financial, tax, or medical advice.

You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and business outcomes throughout and after the programme.

We make no guarantees regarding specific results, revenue increases, business growth, or personal transformation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided with reasonable care and skill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Brave shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from participation in the programme.

Any liability is limited to the total fees paid for the programme.

9. Data Protection

Your personal data will be handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Any information shared will only be used for purposes connected to delivering the programme and supporting your participation.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
