SHIFT – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Services
All services are provided by Georgia Fitzgerald, operating as an independent sole trader, based in Switzerland.
The services provided under these terms relate to the Shift coaching programme (“Shift”).
Shift is a coaching programme designed to support insight, clarity, and meaningful change through structured coaching and guided implementation. The services provided include:
Four (4) one-to-one coaching sessions delivered via Zoom, each lasting 60 minutes
Worksheets and practical exercises to support implementation
Private audio content for on-the-go learning
Review of submitted worksheets and personalised feedback
Slack support during office hours for the duration of the programme
All materials are delivered digitally via ThriveCart and email.
Programme Duration
Shift is designed to be completed over 4–8 weeks.
All one-to-one coaching sessions and Slack support must be completed within a maximum of 12 weeks from the programme start date.
Lifetime access is provided to programme materials (including worksheets and audio content). Coaching sessions and Slack support are limited to the 12-week delivery window.
A single pause of up to one (1) month may be permitted by written agreement. Purchasing Shift with the intention of starting several months later is not permitted.
2. Booking & Participation Requirements
After payment has been completed, you will receive an email via ThriveCart with instructions to access programme materials and book your coaching sessions.
Coaching sessions are booked via Acuity Scheduling
An intake form must be completed before commencing the programme
To ensure sessions are effective:
Worksheets must be completed and submitted before booking your next coaching session
Worksheets must be submitted at least 24 working hours before your scheduled session
Weekends and non-working days do not count as working hours
Failure to submit worksheets within this timeframe may result in the session proceeding without prior review or, at our discretion, being rescheduled.
3. Fees & Payment Terms
All fees are payable in advance and are charged in GBP.
Payment is taken via ThriveCart. VAT is not charged.
Payment plans are not offered as standard. Where a payment plan has been agreed in advance, payments are due on the same day each month.
Access to the programme and delivery of services will not begin until payment has been received.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Client Cancellations
You may reschedule coaching sessions via Acuity Scheduling with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will normally result in the session being forfeited
One “grace” reschedule may be permitted at our discretion
Any further late cancellations will result in the session being lost and not replaced
Provider Cancellations
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session, we will offer a rescheduled date where possible. If this is not possible, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.
5. Programme Completion & Expiry
All coaching sessions and Slack support must be completed within 12 weeks of the programme start date.
Any sessions not used within this period (including after a permitted pause) will be forfeited and are not transferable.
6. Refunds
Once the Shift programme has started, refunds are not provided except where required by law or at our discretion.
Refunds will not be issued on the basis of dissatisfaction with results where:
Coaching sessions have been attended
Programme materials have been accessed
Worksheets or exercises have not been completed or submitted
Shift is a collaborative process. Outcomes depend on participation, effort, and implementation. We are always open to constructive conversation and resolution, and concerns should be raised as early as possible.
7. Disclaimers & No Guarantees
While many clients experience meaningful shifts in thinking, clarity, and decision-making, no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
Results depend on:
Client engagement and honesty
Timely completion of exercises
Willingness to implement insights between sessions
All services are coaching in nature and do not constitute therapy, legal, financial, or medical advice.
8. Intellectual Property
All programme materials, worksheets, audio content, and supporting documents remain the intellectual property of Georgia Fitzgerald.
Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
9. Communication
Communication will take place via email, Slack, or Zoom unless otherwise agreed.
Business hours are 8:00am–4:00pm UK time, Monday to Friday. Messages received outside these hours may not be responded to until the next working day.
Electronic communications are not guaranteed to be secure, and we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage caused by electronic transmission errors or viruses.
10. Data Protection
Your privacy and personal data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at:

11. Confidentiality
All communications within the programme are treated as confidential. We will not disclose personal or business information except where required by law or for essential business operations (e.g. accounting).
12. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability is limited to the total fees paid for the programme.
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
13. Third-Party Rights
No person other than the purchaser of the programme has any rights under these terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
