Streamline: The Slipstream to Scale

Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase apply to the Streamline: The Slipstream to Scale program delivered by Georgia Fitzgerald, sole trader trading as Lead Brave, based in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”). By completing your purchase, you (“the Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before joining the program.

1. The Program

Streamline: The Slipstream to Scale is a 6-month group coaching and implementation program beginning 15 November 2025.

Your enrolment includes:

Fortnightly 90-minute group coaching calls

Access to a private Slack channel for community and Q&A support

Templates, tools, and resources

The full Streamline curriculum and framework materials

Early Bird Bonus:
Clients who sign up before 12 p.m. on 3 November 2025 will also receive one 90-minute 1:1 Strategy Intensive session with Georgia Fitzgerald at no additional cost.

2. Fees and Payment

The total fee is £2,790 pay-in-full, or £495/month for six months (auto-billed monthly via Stripe).

All payments are processed securely at checkout.

Payments are non-refundable once the program begins.

For payment plans, all instalments must be completed regardless of whether you attend or complete the program.

3. Refunds and Cooling-Off Period

By purchasing this program, you agree that access is provided immediately and you waive your statutory right to a 14-day cooling-off period.

No refunds will be provided except where required by law.

However, we are committed to fairness. If you have completed all required steps of the program, engaged fully, and can demonstrate that you have implemented the frameworks as instructed but have not experienced any measurable results, please contact Georgia at hello@leadbrave.co
. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Confidentiality and Group Conduct

This is a group environment built on trust and respect.
You agree that:

All discussions, stories, and materials shared by other participants are confidential and must not be shared outside the group.

You will not reproduce, copy, or distribute any materials or ideas shared by other participants.

You will participate respectfully and professionally in all program settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, videos, frameworks, and materials provided within Streamline are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Georgia Fitzgerald (Lead Brave).

You are granted a non-transferable, personal-use-only licence to access and apply these materials within your own business.
You may not share, resell, republish, or reproduce any part of the program or its materials for commercial use.

Questions will be responded to within reasonable working hours — Monday to Friday, with replies by 7 p.m. the following working day.
Support is intended for program-related questions only. Broader business or marketing strategy advice is not included unless explicitly covered in the curriculum.

7. Disclaimer

This program provides coaching and strategic education. It is not therapy, counselling, financial, or legal advice.

While we aim to provide tools and support to help you grow your business, we make no guarantees of specific results or income. Your success depends on your implementation, effort, and circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the program. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations if caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Data Protection

Your personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purposes of delivering the program and managing your enrolment.
Your data will be stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
